Established in year 1996, practically in garage, by evolution and hard work from owner Mr. Ante Totić, company has grown and on the Croatian business map, our enterprise is known for specialized services:

• Facility Maintenance [FM]
• Real estate (property development)

All construction firms have same tools: shovels, pick, wrench, air-compressor, truck, bagger. And by those means, we can not impress you.

We are basically service company. Therefore we decided to implement some innovative products in our line of business. Company Totić is dealer of German “PAGEL“ - special roughcast and concrete. Also we can offer high-end technology products from Swedish “CLIMATEWELL“ – vacuum solar collectors. more
